Took 3 washable wool comforters in when they had a deal a couple months ago on comforters and they ruined all 3 of my washable wool comforters!! The tags were frayed and all the batting was balled in the squares indicating they didn’t follow the gentle recommendations at all! My kids won’t even use them anymore they are so lumpy. So mad they ruined $500 plus of my bedding. Will not do business with them again.

My doggie barfed on my Ralph Lauren comforter and left a big stain 😥 Mr Rob got it out no problem and the comforter is looking great!!! And it was ready 3 days early!! Highly recommend them!!!
